Our immigrant neighbors are especially feeling the pinch of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Those who are undocumented and unable to work don't have access to unemployment and other forms of government relief. Many, including our documented neighbors, have had their cases put on hold but may still need to pay fees associated with their cases. Especially during these turbulent times, we need to stand together.

This fund is designated to help our immigrant neighbors as they navigate the legal system, are struggling to make ends meet because of the pandemic or while their spouse is being held by ICE. This fund is also available to help DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipients with renewal fees ($495 every two years) as well as help with legal filing fees for other immigrants with financial need.

Our Mission

The Columbia Gorge Climate Action Network (CGCAN) educates, organizes, and motivates Columbia Gorge activists to reduce and eliminate fossil fuel usage and climate change, at all levels from individual to global. We encourage clean local renewable energy, conservation, community sustainability, and resilience throughout our National Scenic Area.
